the intellectual properties (registered and
unregistered) of Bin Eid Dubai U.A.E ("Bin
Eid") protected by intellectual property laws
unless otherwise noted. Nothing contained on the
site should be construed as granting, by
implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or
right to use any Intellectual property displayed
on the site without the written permission of Bin
Eid or its affiliates and associates or any
third-party that may own the intellectual property
displayed on the site. You may not, without
express permission from Bin Eid, use (except as
provided in these terms or in the content on the
site) or misuse take the results from the Bin Eid
search, reformat and display them. You also may
not mirror the Bin Eid home page or result pages
on your web site. You may also not transmit,
republish or distribute in any way the materials
or contents of the site without prior permission
of Bin Eid. Any infringement will be taken up and

inquirer's (one who makes the inquiry)

submitter and received by Bin Eid on a
non-confidential basis. Bin Eid shall be free to
use such information on an unrestricted basis. |

This
Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
United Arab Emirates. The Courts of law at Dubai /
United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this
agreement. / Any disputes arising under this
agreement or on account of user of this site shall
be subject to international laws of arbitration to
be held in Dubai / United Arab Emirates. |

shall govern: |

consideration of your use of the services, you
will be required to provide personal information.
You shall be solely responsible for your personal
information, and we act as a passive conduit for

responsible for the content posted by you or

or any part or portion thereof or any other

or cause them to lose the services of
their ISPs or other suppliers, either
whole or in part. |

directly or indirectly to or include
descriptions of goods, products or
services that are prohibited by this
agreement or you do not have a right to
link to or include or are unavailable or
out of stock. |

| j. |
That
is deemed to be unauthorized or
unsolicited advertising or promotional
material, or any other form of
solicitation. Bin Eid reserves the right
to delete any such material at its sole
discretion. |

|
| 2. |
Without
limiting other remedies available to us, Bin Eid
reserves the right to suspend, terminate or cancel
your registration and refuse to provide services
to you: |

| a. |
If
Bin Eid has reason to believe that you
have provided false, misleading, deceptive
or fictitious registration information. |
|
|
| b. |
If
you are found to (by conviction,
settlement or otherwise) to have engaged
in any fraudulent activity in connection
with our site. |
|
|
| c. |
If
you breach this agreement or terms of use
or other terms and conditions referred
anywhere on the site. |
|
|
| d. |
If
Bin Eid is unable to verify or
authenticate any information your provide. |
|
|
| e. |
If
Bin Eid has reason to believe that your
actions may cause legal liability for you,
any users or Bin Eid. |

| 3. |
You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your information and password for all uses of your
registration, whether or not authorized by you. |

| 4. |
You
will be responsible to keep your account and all
listings/postings made by you or through your User
Name up-to-date. Bin Eid will not be responsible
for any errors, inaccuracies or the content in
general posted by you or through your User Name.
You shall indemnify and keep Bin Eid indemnified
against any claim including attorney fees for
violation of any third party intellectual property
or proprietary rights or any other loss or damages
incurred, suffered, sustained or occasioned to by
Bin Eid or Bin Eid. All content submitted/posted
to/on Bin Eid, becomes the property of Bin Eid.
You grant Bin Eid a royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, non exclusive right and license to
use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, display
the content in whole or in part world-wide and/or
to incorporate it in other works in any form,
media or technology now known or later developed
and warrant and represent that you have the right
to grant such a license. However, personal
information submitted during registration would be
covered by the privacy policy. |

Bin Eid
will not be responsible for the number or the
content of the inquires / messages you might
receive via Bin Eid as a result of your listings.
We have no control over this and act just as a
medium between you and the inquirer. |

following are the only times when content may be

required by law. |
|
|

To
comply with legal process. |

| c. |
Enforce
the terms of use. |

| d. |
Respond
to claims that any content violates the

Bin Eid
do not control the information provided by users
which is made available through Bin Eid. You may
find other user's information to be offensive,
harmful, inaccurate, deceptive or damaging or
trade libelous. Please use caution and common
sense and practice and adopt fair trade practices.
There are also possibilities and risks of dealing
with foreign nationals, underage persons and
people acting under false pretence or in
fictitious names. You shall deal with them or
entertain inquiries with them at your own risk and
liability. You may immediately inform us whenever
you come across any objectionable information. |

Bin Eid
shall be free to and have your irrevocable license
to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or
techniques contained in any information for any
purpose whatsoever including but not limited to
developing, manufacturing or marketing products
incorporating such information. |

Bin Eid
will not be responsible for any indirect,
consequential, special or punitive damages or loss
that you may incur or suffer or be occasioned to,
in connection with our site or any of the data or
other materials transmitted through or residing on
our site, even if Bin Eid has/have been advised of
the possibility thereof. Further, it is agreed and
understood that you undertake to indemnify and
keep indemnified and harmless, Bin Eid and its
associates and affiliates from and against all or
any claims, proceedings, actions, damages,
injuries, liabilities, losses, and incidental
costs, charges and expenses including reasonable
attorneys fees relating to any acts done,
committed or omitted by you or materials or
information transmitted by you on the site or
through Bin Eid leading wholly or partially to
claims against Bin Eid or its affiliates or
associates by other users or third parties. |
